HLXR Introduction of wound-type filter element product

Wound-type filter element is crafted from textile fiber yarn accurately twined on porous frameworks featured by good filtering quality. Its yarn materials include polypropylene fiber, acrylic fiber and absorbent cotton fiber. Filter elements with different precisions can be manufactured by controlling the winding tightness and density of yarn when wound.

Wound-type filter element is a deep filter element, suitable for filtering with low- viscosity and low impurity level, and it is made from textile fiber yarn ( polypropylene line, absorbent cotton, etc.) according to a specific process of accurately twining on porous framework (polypropylene or stainless steel) , with honeycomb structure of being dense inside and sparse outside, able to effectively remove suspended solids, particulates, rust and other debris, with very good filtration properties.

Wound-type filter element can show the filtration performance of depth filter medium, and the ideal conditions are increasingly outside-in dense, thus when wound, density of filter medium must be regulated by thickness of wire rod or by different winding tension. Winding filter with structure of being dense inside and sparse outside can have depth effect of depth-type filter medium to effectively improve the efficiency of filtration and to block more hybrid and pollutant particles. Filtering accuracy of wound-type filter element medium is determined by the wire thickness and winding density. The thinner the wire is, the tightly closer it will be; the smaller the pore is, the higher accuracy will be; analogously, more dense the wire structure is, the higher the filtering accuracy will be. However, in the filtering process, the filter medium must be able to maintain its specific structure and pore size in order to provide stable and uniform quality of filtration.

Wound-type filter element is made of textile fibers twined on multi-framework in a particular way. When twined, filter elements with different filter fineness can be made by control winding density. As the outer bore diameter is larger than the inner one, the filter elements have a good deep-level filtering capability.


Wound-type filter element can effectively remove suspended solids and particles in the liquid and the like, with small flow, small pressure loss, high residue load and long service life. It can withstand high filtration pressures. According to the nature of the liquid to be filtered, the filter elements have a variety of different materials to choose from, so that the filter element is compatible with the filtrate.
